Wire went. Requested Satellite Laptop Expert on web for television shows. Once cost for product was total, was not able to use item. Email for aid, no reaction. Email CLKBANK for the money invested three times later, no reaction. Four nights later however no reaction from Satellite Laptop Expert or CLKBANK.com. Item nevertheless doesn't function!!!
