I purchased the solution on 07/07/09 it charge me 29.99, And created my pc excessively sluggish. Today I can't cope with to customer support to obtain my money-back it has created me feel silly. Please support me this can never occur again my training continues to be discovered! Thanks Rosemary Johnson
