Cannot call or receive calls on my Magic Jack. This is my priority phone system. Tried chatting with MJ agent but they are incompetent. They keep asking me basic questions like disabling firewall and upgrading, all of which I did prior to contacting them. If they cannot help me, how can I get my money refunded?
