Sold me a bad warranty

Backup of notice delivered to dbuys (three characters have now been delivered with no thanks to a return email or telephone call):

Dear Mike,

I’m having issues with REPAIRTECH. I purchased their guarantee through Dbuys, the same time frame I bought a Sony Vaio pc. A state was submitted together online, the 6th of January. 7 days later I had been delivered an email by them informing me that I'd be informed in three to five business days on the best way to continue. I subsequently didn’t notice from their website till the 26th of January. The January 26th email mentioned they hadn't discovered a restoration service in my own town (L A), and they might return to me. It’s today the 9th of Feb, and that I still have not seen from their website. I’ve been waiting patiently PER MONTH to possess my pc fixed, and am today just starting to feel defrauded. Please support me understand this issue settled. For that report, I'd to become used in four people before I had been provided just your current email address (no telephone number). 45 minutes of my morning. I'd certainly enjoy your help with this issue.

Repairtech is obviously out-of company, and "DBUYS" has chose to clean their fingers of the problem. Don' purchase from these folks.
