Terrible business

I bought my Dell Pc in June. After producing my first cost online it's been down-hill since. I created an effort to help make the second cost via the web again, however the cost portion of the web site wasn't working or was along at that time. Since the cost would be early I shipped it towards the P.O. Container at Carol Stream, IL. The cost returned 14 days following the deadline. I created an effort to create a cost online. Cost support online wasn't working again. I called the client support centre. After being on-hold for more then 10min. I had been used in individual after individual who didn't talk language and who'd study from the software. I'm so angry with dell. After being about the telephone with various non speaking people for over 2hrs. Nothing was achieved except the final person I talked with did state that my consideration was documented towards the credit agency and had a late charge with financing charges included. I had been so angry I had been spitting flame. I hung-up the telephone and named the Europe customer support quantity hoping of talking with somebody in language. First-person to answer the telephone talked english but, READ FROM THE SOFTWARE. Are you kidding me? I told him the entire issue and that I was obvious that I needed the fund costs and also the late charges removed my consideration since I did so send the cost before the 15day overdue charge and 10days prior to the 3oday move deadline. He set me on-hold the following individual to get the telephone didn't speak Language and maintained asking me for my title and handle. I hungup. This same scenario occurred 4 more occasions. I'm still looking to get anyone to assist me. The web site is ineffective with creating a cost. Much more ineffective are people who imagine to understand what we're referring to but have no idea and just read from the software. Dell must be held responsible for there mishandling of customer issues. I've sent issues. NO ANSWER! Ideally this doesn't occur to another person. Beware that should you do have a merchant account pay that the cost gets published which that you don't need to keep in touch with a solid wall. Outsourcing not this type of great idea if folks wish to spend their balances promptly.
