I got my notebook into MCS Pcs last month, the computer specialist that looked over my pc, I believe his title was John, looked over it and explained that I had a need to get disease/spyware removal and he might look after it which it really was poor and nothing I really could get might take it off, he explained they utilize hi-tech elimination applications. Well I after 12 times of calling and obtaining improvements and them informing me that it's truly poor and they have to cost mean additional 79 bucks for an additional time of work put into the 69 bucks for that virus removal and 99 bucks for that spyware removal. Lastly I selected the pc up and was going right through it also it works out after taking a look at my program record all-they did was install spybot, adaware, avg, hijackthis, all free applications and did a treatment and charged me nearly 250 dollars for nothing. Along side they dropped among the plastic helps my notebook rests on and there is an extremely good damage on my display, I actually donot understand if it had been the technology or simply the shop generally but I'd you need to be cautious when getting any computer below. I believe that me providing them with like actually 50 dollars TO INFORM me what websites to obtain the applications they employ might of been enough. I requested another technology which was there a later evening what additional applications they utilize for spyware removal just in case they employed one which they purchase and he explained he could not think about any and appeared surprised after I stated all of them.
