Sent laptop 10/20/08. First week they denied they had it. Last several weeks have simply told me they "have no status". Turns out the reason they can't provide status is that they resend your equipment to an unknown third-party partner of theirs in a round-robin fashion (see their website partners section for an idea of the limited requirements to become a partner). Repeated requests to talk to a manager - or anyone other than the person that answered the phone - are greeted with either "call back tomorrow" or apparently unlimited time on hold.
