This continuing issue dates back to after I first-placed my purchase on 10/6 plus they charged my charge card $272 instantly. A week later no item and so I named. Candace who had been excellent declaring they needed anything on letterhead due to the dimension of my purchase and somebody was designed to contact me but never did. It was sent within five minutes. (come to discover in the boss Tony that since I have had requested numerous occasions before it was certainly not really needed). A couple of days later nothing and so I called again. Talked to Kory who mentioned these were waiting about the fax. I told him it had been sent and was guaranteed the purchase could be delivered. He set me on-hold, returned and guaranteed me it'd be delivered the following day. Couple of days later nothing and so I named again in addition to delivered a contact which obtained no reaction (see-the routine by having an average delay period of fifteen minutes). Gem was totallly impolite and all she desired to do was stop the purchase and obtain off the telephone. I required a boss who apologized and Tony mentioned the purchase might appear Friday 10/20,2-day delivery on him. EXCELLENT! It didn't appear Friday but did appear Wednesday. Kory continues to be the only real individual to really contact me back as guaranteed and I would like to understand where the bundle was. To include more problems for this, the purchase had a faulty drum and capsule (2nd period) as well as for all of the hassels I'd been through, I needed Tony to contact me back as well as in 2 nights left numerous communications without any call-back (typical delay time fifteen minutes). I'd to keep calling him. Well, nothing he might do till I delivered the drum back first despite all of the hassels I've had with longer than regular delays, rude support in one woman, and all of the calls I'd to create for my item they had billed me for before it had been delivered, I'd togo out and purchase a drum locally. It was badly managed from the client view. Used to do not assume one to contact me with this for personally I think it simply does not matter since my card had been billed and ClickInks got their cash. Regretfully a former custome
