Lies about contract

September 22 registered for extended warrenty (three years) on desktop computer by Dell and was informed that agreement could be submitted the email. Sept. 26 2008 named and was informed by two technology. Help people who there could be document agreement delivered. Transferred to third-person and he mentioned they didnot send agreements which I really could see agreement via email. I mentioned that I needed document agreement in my own fingers since something might occur of course if for saome cause it had been dropped I'd no evidence of agreement except withhold from check document because of cost being created using bank card. This individual was difficult enough to comprehend because he seemed as though he was of Indian desent after which turned rude after I requested for his boss or criticism telephone number. He mentioned he might provide me neither since it was against business guidelines. I subsequently requested for his title again declaring that after I came across the amount I needed to record his attude he mentioned he'd not provide his title again. He mentioned this was a worldwide organization which there have been no telephone numbers that will guarantee aU.S. Quantity. I understand I'll never buy a Dell item again and might inform others to operate as quickly because they may from the corporation. All told I've lost approximately. 4hours with this issue and several a lot more hours on various issues with the corporation. An extremely disappointed customer.
