I ordered a camera lens from Sony and changed my mind. I called them the very next day to cancel my order. I was informed that orders could not be cancelled.in order to return the product I would have to wait for it to be delivered, call them for some type of return confirmation and then it would take approximately 2 to 3 months for my credit card to be credited. This is insane. I felt that by buying from Sony directly I would have better customer service. What a rude awakening I have had. I will Never order from them again!
