Sprint has to be the worst by far when it comes to customer service and their plans. First off, EVERYTHING is extra. If you want unlimited text, gotta pay an additional $20 for it, want unlimited video messaging that's an additional $20 PER LINE!!! Next they don't follow what is on your plan. I downloaded a ring tone that said it was $2.50 and they charged me 5 cents per kb. Turned out to be a $12 ringtone even though I ahd their media package adn was not supposed to be charged for that. I was only supposed to pay $2,50 since I had the media package. And to make it all betetr they wouldn't even fix it.
On the plus side they have great reception. Their is only one spot in San Diego I don't get reception at and that is inside my work building. If I go outside though it's OK.
