At first of January (2sd January) I purchased a brand new notebook TOSHIBA Satellite A105-S4384 – serial # Y6329363Q, in a Signal City store # 846 – Gaithersburg – Maryland (Invoice # 084604307326).
After 16 days (January 18th), the computer’s program ceased operating and that I attempted to switch it within the shop, however the store only trades until 2 weeks. However they noticed the pc and explained the HD was useless.
I called the TOSHIBA Guarantee and had my first SITUATION # and alignment to restart the pc using the restore disks within the container. The computer worked, however in 7 days it confirmed exactly the same issue.
I called TOSHIBA again and also the alignment was exactly the same: “restore the pc using the recover disks”. Yet another week and also the pc was useless again.
