I sent my Envy 14 ultrabook to HP on 10/30 when the screen began flickering. Numerous calls and escalations to the case management department yielded no results. Tolga with HP Case Management was the 4th HP tech to tell me he would call me back within 48 hours without doing so. I must have rustled some feathers because I got a call from someone telling me that my laptop would ship NO LATER than 1/22. Does that sound like an acceptable turnaround time? HP has their work cut out for them if they hope to keep me as a customer. I work with Dell and Lenovo daily (I'm in IT) and have never had issues drag out as they have in this case.
