It would seem that HP has become the new Lehman Bros., attempting to rip every last dollar off of us in whatever way possible. I bought a new Officepro 8600 and the unit stopped working. A tech dialed in and said the drivers wud eventually damage the OS and offered me software insurance, plus I wud have to pay a $90 fee for a 'level 3' tech. Jesus Christ. Took the unit back to Compusa.
