Mis-informed, Poor Customer Service, Un-cooperative
Acct#was told on 12-17-10 at the local Verizon Store that this contract was up, & could either be renewed, or terminated with no fee immediately. However we received a bill w / a, $80 termination fee. I called & spoke w / Verizon representative on 1-7-11 about this issue, they promised a ...
