Philly Dealyo offers "deals" on local businesses. I paid for one with Luxor Lines (also very implicated). Philly Dealyo gave voucher numbers -which were not accepted by the company. They have no phone number, and have not responded to an email inquiry after 10 days. Becuase I paid with ...
