Refund of Returned Computer Delayed to 2 months, and Still no refund Austin, Texas
I purchased dell Vostro 1000 notebook received on Oct. 31. Following day, I decided to return it and contacted Dell customer service. Dell customer service set up RMA # and UPS return pick up. UPS picked up the computer on Nov 2 and was delivered to Dell on Nov 8. Since then, it has been 2 months, ...
