Dell / Alienware
Great looking expensive Computer that has not worked since day 1

Internet & Web Alienlapcrap 0

Buyer beware. I was told by many that dell has zero customer service. I didn't listen and now I'm paying the price. I bought an M17x around 7 months ago. From the first day I opened the box it had an audio issue. First time I called they said I needed to buy a different warranty because it was a ...

On the 10th of February, my computer arrived for repair at Alienware's Miami address. I purchased an m9700 laptop (~$4200) along with a 3-year warranty (and later a couple of video cards worth ~$500) and after a couple years the laptop fries out; it wouldn't even post to BIOS. I spent countless time trying to remotely diagnose and ...

I purchased a new Alienware m9750 laptop in June. They said I ...
