I received a very disturbing e-mail stating that I apparently had a payday loan that I hadn't paid back.in the amount of $350. I have never taken a payday loan. The e-mail stated that ACS was ready to sue me & that I was in violation banking regulations, check fraud, etc... I e-mailed them back ...
