Company said I cancelled my account, although I did not, this is the 2nd time they have done this. Seems they close accounts in large groups to make room for more paying customers
This Company has closed my account twice, both times they had said I had closed the account, I did not. It seems that they do this once a Year to make room for new customers. I had no notice of this until I went on and attempted to log in and chat. No sooner was my account downgraded. I was ...
