I took a survery from Papa John's pizza and I won a prize all I had to do was to pay from the shipping and handling of 5.99 and I was charge the 5.99 on Feb 25 they charge me 95.00 dollars ...

Sent email to get my refund and they say that I agreed to the monthly fee and will not refund my money... ...
