Worst comstumer service deptment, agents barely speak english, and how they handle the pending transaction
Netspend is one of the worst prepay card corp that i have ever dealt with, the agents used by them i would say 95% hardly speak decent english, they talked to you like you are iddiot, can never get a supervisor on the phone when you ask for one and when you do they also speak very poor english, ...
