Charged me $25 for 8 overage and said because my bill was not paid by the billing cycle not the due date, my payment of $30 that was on time still left me $10 over and they called and said I had to make that payment over the phone!
After speaking to a represenative she told me that my account was $10 over due because a $8 over limit cost me 25 dollars making my current and on time payment of $30 still not enough to cover the 25 dollars over they charged me and wanted me to pay a $10 dollar payment over the phone. I cancled ...
