Mci Neighborhood Plan failed to switch me over from At&t plan, causing double billing from At&t and MCI, the business that doesnt give a dam ripoff IOWA CITY IOWA
This has been an ongoing problem since Oct. 2002. MCI admitted they failed to switch me over from AT&T, therefore, AT&T actually handled my calls, thus billing me, and I was also billed by MCI for the calls they never handled. I was billed the first time for $59.63 and the next for $32.74 ...
