Purchased system-service is slower than dial-up. Tech. Support blamed poor service due to my computer network. Could sell me a newer modem for another $600.00, I refused. I exclaimed false advertising and asked to break the contract. Customer Rep said NO and I would loose the $364.00 credit. ...
