Heartford Group, Inc. Sent a letter to my home. They said I had won a home improvement grant of $39,000.00 and it was deposited into an escrow account pending claim. They sent me a check for $3,960.00. To activate it I had to call their phone number 1-289-892-3713... Between hrs. 8:30-10:00pm est. ...
