I lost my Citibank Card, and they said all the charges made were mine. They charged off $16.999.99 then sold the account to NCO FINANCIAL and they keep calling to get their money, which is a charged off account I lost. CITIBANK and NCO FINACIAL are crooked cheaters. ...
