Vanessa, Customer Care Department Paid for Product that was No Longer Available - Haven't gotten my money back
I received confirmation on my order at PlanetRX on OCTOBER 7.. October 31st. I received a notice that the product was no long available and I would get my money back within one to two pay cycles (what the heck?) Now it is January 30 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND for paying for a product ...
