Edfund supposedly federal loans, but really a collection agency
Ok, here goes. I get a letter from ECMC, after numerous calls, etc. They seem to be a legitimate company in that they say that they are a loan company.in reality, they are a collection agency that seems able to loan money. However, I imagine the loans are from the accounts that they have bought ...
