Does not give hotels that are specified in the website - gave us motel 8 and even after 2 months did not get my refund. I have wasted around 2 hours calling that company and for refunds they transfer to a person who is never available and goes to message
The website specifies hotels such as Ramada, Sheraton etc. But we were offered a Motel 8. But if we pay extra 40 per night they will give a Hilton or a Sheraton - which means that the hotel is available but they will only give you a Motel 8. They promised us a $50 gas card which we never received ...
