We went to ruby tuesday in huber heights in dayton afer an air show 7/19/08.. First no hostess in front waited 10 minutes. Waiter came moved us two times for a party of eight... The floors were sticky, uck... Bathrooms were a mess. The place was slow but it took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks ...
