I too have had a problem cancelling the auto renewal with Trend Micro, it is a big run around scheme. If you do not catch the auto-renewal quickly, you will have difficulty getting rid of the charges. I am sick and tired of these auto-renewals. What gives these companies the right to auto renew??? ...
