I ordered 2 pairs of flipflops, (really cool ones, expensive too); and never got them. When i call the company - and, believe me, the phone number is not easy to come by-it takes alot of wrangling just to get IT! They just placate me and say "Oh it hasn't shipped yet-it'lll go out MON." ...
