Illegal payment taken, no goods sent, refusal to refund money
On 9th November I ordered a PSP from MYDV.co.uk for the sum of 169.95, to my surprise I noticed that although my online statement was for said amount, MYDV actually took 183.30, this is illegal to my knowledge.
