I ordered and paid for a jacket on 1-24-05 from this company. On 2-2-05 I received an email stating the order had been processed. Also on 2-2-05 I received an email with a UPS tracking number (estimated arrival date was 2-7-05). The UPS website still shows that this item was never picked up or ...
