On 7/24/09 I placed order and never got it. 2 days later they took $22.84 from my acct. I reported 4 times & never got any response. Now I see that the website is not even active. What should I do?

It's been 4 months since i've placed my order w/Iowaink.com. I emailed them 4 times & called several times. There was never a response. Only 1 month later I noticed other complaints on the internet about Iowaink. All orders were placed around the same time. What should we do? My money are gone. ...

I have paid for this order and it has not been sent. It was placed on 8/12/09. They will not answer my emails and when I try to track it they always that it is in process They took my money and did not send the product
