Never received bill during 12-month promotion, then collection calls

Business & Finance Linda1297 0

Empire Carpets offer 12 months same as cash through GE Money Bank - El Paso Tx. In the 12 months to follow I never received a bill! When the 12 months were complete I started receiving collection calls. They stated they had my address wrong and that is why I never received a statement. Odd thing is ...

When you pay late because they don't send a billing statement, they charge a 27.990% late charge plus a 65.00 late fee. ...

GE Money Bank
Late fees charged despite paying within contract grace period

Business & Finance Anonymous 74531 0

GE Money financed a home A/C unit. 0 % if paid in 90 days with a grace period. I paid in 96 days, well within the grace period in the contract. Then then charged me late fees. I've been trying to correct this but they won't listen, they say someone in El Paso will handle and no, I can't have their ...
