Received Samsung 40" LCD TV from Electronics Expo (through Amazon.com) on 3/23. TV was defective - no picture at all. Called Electronics Expo to obtain RMA# to return TV, but they refused, saying they will not accept returns of TV's over 20" and that I would have to contact Samsung for ...
