Reported a late payment, will not remove from credit report, when we were unaware of a remaining balance. Ripoff
E-loan will not remove a late payment on our credit report even though we were never made aware that we owed it. We refinanced this loan and it turned out there was $67.00 that was still owed. No one called or made us aware we owed this. Finally someone from their company calls about 2 monthes ...
