Torque converter went out in car. Drove to crown, talked with scott. He stated approximately 3000.00 to fix car. Then it went up to 4500.00 and now over 5,000. They had to update something at our expense. We have only 79,000 mi on this car. I feel mb should have helped cover part of the expense. ...
