Credit Card Issued on Inactive Store Account Without Consent
I received an alert today, 10/15/07, from my credit card monitoring company. The company given was CCSMC Spectrum/CBSD. An internet search turned up that this company does credit searches for Citibank. I called Citibank. They confirmed it. Apparently they bought "inactive" accounts from ...
