Promised Nutrition Evaluation and Measurements Never Delivered, Trainer Left Without Notice

I signed up for a personal trainer with the Body of Change after an intense "free" workout and a break down "interview" of what I would get in return for my $156.00 a month. The package as I know now is full of lies and false promises and a lock into contract without Body of ...

Signed up for 24 sessions in 12 months. Training was OK - finding a trainer was difficult. Issue is there is an automatic renewal on a month by month basis. There was NO mention of this by sales person. I had various options for number of visits, why would I think there was an automatic renewal? I ...

I have a friend who used to work for Body Of Change. My friend's a very educated and impressive trainer (yes, I'm biased, but I also know good from bad since I've been studying exercise science for around 4 years myself). My friend started with Body Of Change earlier this year. They told my friend ...
