Best Buy - Portfolio Recovery - Arrow Financial
1996 Store Card Settled Years Ago Now Pursued for Over $5,000
This was a Best Buy card we had in 1996.. Was settled. Then Arrow Financial must of purchased it and wanted $900. Then just this May Portfolio Recovery purchased it from them. They say the reason it is still showing up is a payment was made in 2003... I went thru all my bank records no such payment ...
