Request for a class action suit! Agreed to a 9.99 fixed rate fee - now it's up to 34%! Is that even legal?
I signed up for a small business line of credit with Advanta. I was specifically told that the interest rate would be 9.99% fixed. It was brought to my attention that the rate went went up - to 34%!!! I sent them a "notice" - that I've decided that the balance due is a "gift" ...
