Ripped off! Never made one call to creditors, wont issue refund - 11mos of fees lost
I was told they would negotiate debt to 40-50% less. I paid monthly fees via ACH transfer. The balance of the amount was to stay in my account until I had at least 1000 or more they could use to negotiate with. When I asked what about the calls, etc in the meantime.
