Verizon DSL included MSN service but I paid $21.95 monthly separately

Internet & Web Karen336 0

In the spring of 2004 I signed up for Verizon DSL. I also created an account with MSN. Just today I found out that my DSL service included MSN service! I have been paying $21.95 a month for the last 5 or 6 months, plus the $34.95/mo DSL connection with Verizon. The Verizon/MSN conversion department ...

Unauthorized Internet Charges After Son's Account Was Supposedly Blocked

Shops, Products, Services Jean60 0

I went to AT&T in June to change my son's account so that he didn't have internet access after receiving a $300 bill. The rep passworded his account so that only I had access. I was told that the only charges I should see in excess of his plan is if he went over his minutes. In September, I ...
