Billing for crapy service and service i didn't recieve long hold times in excess of 1 h
This company has tried to bill me for sevice that was shut off when i called and was promised that i would not be shut off i have waited hrs literally on hold to talk to costomer service. I intoduced a friend to there service and they gave him a hard time! I will not pay for something I'm not happy ...
