Hughes.net double billed me for service for 11 months, only refunded half the overcharge

Internet & Web Whitney25 0

My Hughes.net dish, which I had fully paid for, went bad, and when I tried to replace it, I was told it was obsolete, and I needed a new dish and receiver. Ok. I had the new dish and receiver installed, and agree to have the price of the equipment charged to my credit card with payments spread over ...

Biggest ISP ripoff available - avoid at all costs! Bad service, poor customer service, hidden fees, hidden service limits

I, in good faith, signed up for HughesNet satellite internet service. Unfortunately, I didn't do enough homework on this company. It took more than 30 days (the ONLY free out from their service) to find out all the bad things about this company, but problems began quickly after their 30 day ...

Since I've had hughes net satellite services I've had NOTHING but problems! First and foremost, these sleaze bags fail to make sure that you understand that they do not have the bandwidth to support the service they're selling. They offer very minimal bandwidth usage, even with their best and most ...

Fair Access Policy Threshold is a SCAM and needs to be a class action lawsuit

Shops, Products, Services Mr. Dean 0

Hughes Net has a FAIR ACCESS POLICY THRESOLD and if you go over it they will shut your internet down for 24 hours. This is the BIGGEST SCAM I have ever heard of. I was shut down over two months and explained the reason for this. So I pretty much stopped using their service and rely mainly on my ...
