Horizon prolific advertiser for carpet cleaning at $6.95/room. Showed up 2 hours late, then proceeded explain levels of service. Explained I did not want or need a heavy cleaning, there were no stains, heavy traffic areas or pet odors to remove, just wanted a light basic cleaning for three rooms ...
