1). We took in several pieces of jewelry with clear indication that it should not be sold, expecting quotes first
2) We receive a phone call saying it had been sold - not giving us a quote or market value estimation, just flat out sold
3). He says it was sold to a "gold guy" from Miami that does business with the him regularly, yet upon asking for the jewelry back, states there is no way we can get it back...
4). Immediately become beligerent and goes into "victim" mode when questioned about his practices, and starts blaming others for his fraud/negligence or whatever you want to call it.
5). When repeatedly questioned about the method of doing business, immediately hangs up on us.
6). Deals in cash only... Hmmm...
7). Is this fraud, I don't know...
